I particularly appreciated the thoughtful touches that were put in place for us older guests, such as handrails in the corridors and comfortable seating areas throughout the hotel.

The only thing I would ask for to make the vacation even better for senior people like me would be the presence of staff members who are specially trained to cater to our needs. It would be wonderful to have someone who understands the unique challenges we may face and can provide assistance and guidance whenever necessary.

my recent stay in preston was absolutely amazing. the hosts, dave and rebecca, were so friendly and welcoming. the room was clean and comfortable, with an extra heater if needed. the location was perfect, close to the train station, city center, and grocery store. no need for a taxi, everything was within walking distance. i will definitely stay here again in the future.

Mind-blowing hosts, super clean and comfortable room, amazing extra heater, perfect communication, convenient location, no need for taxi, opportunity to cook, felt like home!

I would have appreciated a dedicated staff member or concierge who could assist with specific needs or questions for senior guests. Sometimes, the children working there seemed a bit overwhelmed or busy attending to other guests, and it would have been nice to have someone readily available to provide personalized assistance.
